We staff several Fuel Stations around campus in order to provide our athletes with the best nutrition provisions to fuel pre/during/post workouts. It is an important part of the nutrition education process to make sure the athletes understand what products are to be used when in order to maximize their workouts and achieve peak performance. Explore our products below:

We offer a variety of all day snack items to help our student-athlete’s fuel around daily activities such as practice, lifts, & class.
Each fueling station has protein products that offer a carbohydrate to protein ratio that amplifies muscle building for after practice and lifts.
HDC Brunch is for each student-athlete offered Monday-Friday fall through spring terms. Opens at 7 am and closes at 12 pm. Feel free to be creative with your brunch from omelets to oatmeal bowls-there is plenty to pick from!
We recommend “Go” items that are simple carbohydrate options for student-athlete’s to top off their fuel tanks before practice and/or lifts.
Each fueling station has a variety of hydration products that allow for proper hydration throughout the day and around practice and lifts.
Game Day Nutrition is always set with GO carbs! It’s easy on the stomach and is a quick burning energy source to get you the spark of energy you need to compete at your best! We also offer salty snacks that allow you to get electrolytes back in your body so that dehydration doesn’t affect performance!
