Athletes have access to all fueling stations with hydration, performance, recovery products.

Hydration Assessments

Designed to established the athlete’s state of hydration prior to competition.

DEXA Scans

Analyze body composition in a breakdown of bone mass, fat tissue, and muscle mass for enhanced performance.

Training Table

Meals are provided for team’s during season that allow for live meal coaching.

Individual Nutrition

Every athlete will receive individual consultation from our Sport RD’s – focusing on performance & recovery nutrition.

Snack Bag Program

Provides recipes each week of the term to enhance cooking lifestyle skills.

Nutrition Education

Interactive activities to educate our athletes about specifics of performance nutrition. Ex: grocery tours, cooking demos, etc
