Nutrition Education

Nutrition education is an integral part to knowing how to fuel your body best for performance. The more you know how to use nutrition as a performance component, the more of an edge you’ll have against your competition. We offer nutrition education in a multitude of ways! Through team and individual education, we can pinpoint nutrition strategies that help you as an individual athlete as well as your team as a unique sport. Our goal is educate athletes on how nutrition can take them to the next level by improving performance and overall health. 

We also host education nights in the Jaqua (dinner provided!) and discuss best recovery and fueling practices, how to navigate the grocery store and read food labels, and how to avoid dehydration and low energy (just to name a few). Team-based cooking demos are offered to take you from microwaveable and drive-thru meals to top chef. Our social media accounts on Instagram and Twitter, @fueltheday, offer a plethora of recipes and knowledge that can assist you throughout the week.
